The non-profit organization SEA – Agency for science and education has organized the third International conference on 3D MEASUREMENT AND IMAGING on the topic: Modern non-contact measurements in indunstrial practice. The conferece was held in our premises of KVANT spol. s. r. o. – one of the main partners of the conference.
The conference lasted two days during which lectures were held providing expert information and an overview of the current use of 3D measurement in industry. The most interesting lectures were the usage of embedded systems in the field of image processing using modern Nvidia modulesTX2, Jetson, Xavier and high-speed 3D scanning using laser profilometry.
The main partner in addition to the KVANT were the Canadian company 3D LMI Technologies, the German company ALLIED VISION Technologies and KVANT spol. s. r. o. who along with other partners, enriched the conference with their active participation and exhibited facilities. The experts from the academic field with their lectures have helped to ensure the high level of conference: International Laser Center, Slovak University of Technology , University of Žilina, Brno University of Technology.
